OvO 2 is a momentum-based parkour platformer starring the same minimalist black stick figure as the original OvO, now navigating a tighter, faster set of levels. There's no combat and no story to speak of — the whole game is about carrying speed through a course built from ledges, walls and drop-offs, chaining moves together without ever touching the ground long enough to lose it.
Every level is a short obstacle run, and the point isn't just reaching the end but reaching it clean. A jump that clips a wall, a slide you bail out of too early, or a landing that kills your momentum all cost you time on a course designed to reward players who plan two or three moves ahead instead of reacting to one obstacle at a time.
Controls
- Move: Left/Right Arrow keys or A/D.
- Jump: Up Arrow or W.
- Slide / dive: Down Arrow or S.
Tips
- Slide into a jump, don't just jump. Cancelling a slide with a jump carries your speed forward instead of resetting it, which is how fast runs stay fast through tight corners.
- Time wall-jumps at the top of your bounce. Jumping off a wall too early or too late just knocks you sideways; wait for the peak of your arc to actually gain height.
- Use the dive to recover, not just to dodge. Diving toward the ground cancels your fall speed the instant you land, which is faster than waiting to drop normally after overshooting a platform.
It suits players who treat platformers as a skill to practice rather than a stage to explore once — short levels, instant respawns, and a run that only gets faster the more of the course you've memorized.
