Mafia Wars is a wave-based shooting game from Beedo Games. You play a lone gunman holding a barricade against wave after wave of mafia enemies, aiming with the mouse and firing to clear each group before the next one closes in.
Between waves you spend the coins you've earned on better gear rather than raw reflexes alone — new firearms, repairs to your barricade, and backup support that fights alongside you. Ammo is limited during a wave, so managing when to fire and when to reload matters as much as aim.
Controls
Move the mouse to aim and click the left mouse button to fire.
Progression
You start with a basic pistol and unlock stronger weapons — revolver, rifle, shotgun, sniper rifle, and eventually a minigun — as you clear levels and bosses. Coins earned from kills also go toward repairing and upgrading your barricade and calling in support fighters, so a run that goes well funds an easier time on the next one.
Tips
- Don't spray at every enemy — save full-auto weapons like the minigun for bosses and tougher waves, and pick off basic enemies with something more ammo-efficient.
- Keep your barricade repaired between waves rather than only upgrading weapons; a broken barricade lets enemies close the distance fast.
- Reload during the lull right after a wave clears, not mid-fight when a boss is already bearing down on you.
It runs entirely in the browser and works with a mouse or touchscreen tapping, no download needed.
