Gulper.io is a neon-lit take on the slither-and-grow formula. You steer a glowing worm around a shared arena, eating loose orbs to lengthen your body while dodging every worm on the field — touch a rival's body at the wrong angle and it's game over. Cut across another worm's path cleanly, though, and you can force it to crash into you, collecting whatever it had grown in the process.
There's no shop, no currency and no power-ups to grind for — growth comes purely from surviving and eating, which keeps a round quick to understand even if the arena gets crowded fast. A minimap shows roughly where worms are, and you can pick your own worm's color before joining.
Controls
Move the mouse (or drag on mobile) to steer. Left-click or press the spacebar to boost your speed — boosting shortens your worm, so use it to escape or cut someone off rather than constantly.
Tips
- Save your speed boost for close calls — burning it constantly just leaves you smaller and easier to kill.
- Cutting across a rival's path is far safer when you're already longer than they are.
- Stay near the edges of crowded clusters rather than diving through the middle of a pack.
Rounds are continuous and end only when you die, so it suits short, replayable sessions more than one long sitting.
