4 Images 1 Word is a picture-guessing puzzle: each round shows you four photos that all connect to a single hidden word, and you spell it out by tapping letter tiles pulled from a pool of up to twelve. Figure out what the pictures have in common, then piece the word together one tile at a time.
A full playthrough runs ten rounds, and you'll have 20 seconds to answer each one. You start with a bank of coins that grows as you solve rounds, and you can spend it on two hints when you're stuck: removing three wrong letters from the tile pool, or revealing one correct letter in the word. Run out of time or coins and you'll need to rely on the pictures alone.
Controls
Mouse or touch only — click or tap the letter tiles to build your answer, and use the same input to buy a hint when you need one. There's no keyboard input in this one.
Tips
- Look for what's shared between all four images, not just the most obvious one — the answer is usually the common thread, not the subject of any single picture.
- Save your hint coins for rounds where the pictures are ambiguous; easy rounds are a chance to bank coins instead of spending them.
- If the clock is running down, use the letter-removal hint first — it narrows your options fast without giving away the answer outright.
It plays in short bursts, so it suits a quick mental warm-up as easily as a longer run through all ten rounds. The game also offers menus in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
